I understand that this is an application for enrollment and that the University does not guarantee my acceptance into any Anaheim University program. I have read and fully understand all Anaheim University policies and procedures. I also understand that the University reserves the right to change admission standards, tuition fees and other fees, graduation requirements, and any and all academic and administrative policies or course schedules during my term of study.

Application Materials

Please upload copies of your application documents in either PDF or Microsoft Word formats. Various programs require different documents; check the entrance requirements for the specific documents needed for your chosen program.

NOTE: All documents must be submitted in English. Students submitting official documents that are written in a language other than English must ALSO submit an official version that has been translated into English by an official translator.

Note: Note: File Name must not be longer than 20 letters. Choose a pdf/doc/txt file from your computer with a maximum file size of 5MB.

Transcript: (Scanned copies may be uploaded to keep the application process moving forward while waiting for the official transcripts to arrive in the mail from your university).

Note: If the university does not routinely issue transcripts in English, original language records must be submitted with official English translations. We will accept translations issued by the university or a professional translating service. Translations must be exact and complete versions of the original records.)
