What happens next

We confirm receipt

You will get an email as soon as your application reaches the Office of Admissions, with a copy of everything you submitted.

An adviser reviews your file

If a document is missing or a transcript needs an official translation, an adviser contacts you directly rather than rejecting the application.

Decision and enrollment

You receive your decision by email. If you are accepted, the same message explains how to enroll and when your first course begins.

Application questions

What is the application fee?$50 for certificate and undergraduate diploma programs, or $75 for degree programs, payable once when you submit. You can pay by credit card, by check mailed to the Office of Admissions, or by bank transfer — contact [email protected] for transfer details. The fee is non-refundable after five days.
Do I need official transcripts to apply?No. Scanned copies are enough to start, so your application can move forward while the official transcripts are in the mail from your university.
What if my documents are not in English?Submit the original-language record together with an official English translation, issued either by the university itself or by a professional translation service. Translations must be exact and complete.
Which documents does my program need?Every applicant sends a resume, a transcript and a photo. The MA in TESOL also asks for a brief statement; the Ed.D. in TESOL asks for a research interests statement, three letters of recommendation and a dissertation outline.
