The Presidents of Anaheim University and South Korea’s Dongduk Women’s Univeristy have signed a Memorandum of Understanding and are working towards a final agreement that will allow DWU TESOL students to study in AU's online Graduate Diploma in TESOL. Based in Seoul, DWU is South Korea's first private educational institute for women only and is one of the most prestigious institutions of higher learning in the country.
On September 29 and 30th, Anaheim University President Dr. William Hartley welcomed Dongduk Women's University President Dr. Young Rae Kim and DWU School of Humanities Dean Dr. Inseok Kim to Orange County, California to discuss collaboration between AU and DWU's Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) programs. The two Presidents signed a Memorandum of Understanding and are working towards a final agreement that would lead towards DWU students studying in AU's online Graduate Diploma in TESOL program. DWU reciprocated the visit by welcoming AU Managing Director of Development David Bracey to the DWU campus in Seoul, South Korea on October 14, 2011. Based in Seoul, DWU is South Korea's first private educational institute for women only and is one of the top-ranked and most prestigious institutions of higher learning in the country.
