Additionally, his passion for history led him to attain a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University, Long Beach. Over the course of his distinguished 35-year career, Mahoney has excelled as a Controller in diverse sectors, including manufacturing, service industries, and professional services. His wealth of experience reflects not only his financial acumen but also his ability to navigate and contribute to varied business landscapes. Yasue Kawamorita

Student Services Director

Yasue Kawamorita is the Student Services Director at Anaheim University and has over 15 years of teaching experience in the U.S. and Japan. She graduated from Tamagawa University in Japan with a bachelor’s degree in American literature and a certified teaching license for English secondary education. After working at high schools in Aomori, Japan, she enrolled at San Francisco State University, where she earned a Master of Arts in TESOL. After graduating from SFSU, she taught English to immigrants and young adults both in San Francisco and Tokyo. After living in Tokyo for 13 years, she moved to Orange County and started her career at Anaheim University.

Dallas King

Carrie Hamilton Entertainment Institute Co-Director / Professor

Holding an MFA in Directing / Production from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), Dallas King is an award-winning director, producer and experienced film instructor. Dallas has directed, written, and produced, and completed two feature films, KISS KISS, a hyper-stylized action thriller that premiered in Los Angeles and is available on every major platform including Amazon and iTunes. Following this, INK & RAIN, a sci-fi fantasy feature premiered in Beijing, China and is exclusively available on China's largest web network, iQiYi. Dallas produced the award-winning feature film documentary, THE BILL MURRAY EXPERIENCE, available on iTunes and Amazon and he completed the EDM TV Pilot, PLUR, which was funded and will be distributed by Fusion TV. His two award-winning short action films, LITTLE SOLDIER & MOST WANTED, made during his early years in film school still gross sales today and are available on Amazon and Walmart under the title, DEMON. Along the way, he directed a 10-episode docu-series, BWFC, for Banpresto Japan, owners of the Dragon Ball-Z franchise. His third narrative feature, U.Z.L.A. a horror film he directed and wrote, starts its film festival run in Winter 2022. His recent projects include a feature film thriller, SWAP, and an Indonesia-based horror film, NOT FOR SALE.

Dr. Tamara Myatt

Professor

Holding a Ph.D. and Masters in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, Tamara Myatt has spent more than a decade transforming the professional and educational lives of young and disadvantaged people in some of the poorest and most dangerous regions of the world, championing the causes of women, and orchestrating locally and globally scaled initiatives in the business sphere. The specialized focus of her Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Development was in in women’s entrepreneurship in regions of war. She is currently pursuing advanced studies/research in entrepreneurship in emerging economies, family business, innovation, and enterprise digital transformation. 

The former Executive Director of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women in Afghanistan and Chair of Entrepreneurship and Assistant Professor of Small and Medium Enterprises at the American University of Nigeria, Tamara is an internationally recognized pioneer in enterprise development. She has led enterprise development initiatives in nations such as Afghanistan, Nigeria, Pakistan, Bosnia, Kenya, Croatia, Uganda, India, Myanmar, Liberia, and Rwanda. 

In her spirit of ‘giving back’ Tamara founded a critical mentorship program for Nigeria’s Chibok girls. Tapping into her passion for women’s causes, Tamara has developed the framework needed to support these women as they reorient themselves and navigate PTSD. Many of these women are now enrolled in universities in their homeland and abroad. As well, Tamara is lauded internationally as the founder of Afghanistan’s first-of-kind mentoring program for women entrepreneurs as well as the male support group for Afghan women in business. She has succeeded in establishing and edifying a robust support network for sustainable women-owned businesses, and many of her graduates have gone on to exceptional successes including participation in Barack Obama’s Entrepreneurship Summit and the Clinton Global Initiative, as well as recognition with Global Leadership Awards, Fortune Magazine’s Most Powerful Women, and Time Magazine’s Most Influential People. For her work with women and enterprise development, Tamara received the Woman of Excellence Award for her home province of Nova Scotia, Canada, and commendation for her leadership in establishing the mentoring program for Nigeria’s Chibok girls.

With a formidable background of experience including laying the groundwork for Saudi Arabia’s first university for women and the first entrepreneurship studies program for women in post conflict Rwanda and Afghanistan, as well as conflict-ridden Northeastern Nigeria, Tamara is well-prepared to begin tearing down the significant barriers impeding the economic advancement of young people. She embodies both the executive operational leadership qualities and fundamental teaching and instruction expertise to begin making meaningful changes while navigating cultural and social challenges. Dr. Robert Diotalevi

Professor

Dr. Robert Diotalevi, Esq., LL.M., is serving in his 17th year as Associate Professor of Legal Studies at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida. He was the founding Legal Studies Program coordinator. He has been a lawyer for 33 years as a member of the Massachusetts and Florida bars. He possesses 4 degrees and has been internationally published with over 80 manuscripts in print. In 2009 Dr. Diotalevi had a book published by Cengage. It is entitled “The Florida Paralegal.” As an academician since 1985 he has instructed over 400 courses. Dr. Diotalevi was a professional broadcaster for 8 years and held managerial positions in radio news and production. Dr. Diotalevi’s works have been published in SMU School of Law’s Computer Law Review and Technology Journal, The Online Journal of Distance Learning Administration, The Paralegal Educator, The Journal of Paralegal Education and Practice and The National Paralegal Reporter.
