Anaheim University will hold a 4-day residential session for its Online Master of Arts (MA in TESOL) and Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in TESOL degree programs on the campus of California State University Fullerton in Orange County, California from Thursday, August 8 to Sunday, August 11th, 2013. The session will be held from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Thursday to Monday and from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Tuesday.

Dr. Ruth Wajrnyb (1948-2012), Anaheim University Graduate School of Education TESOL Professor Emeritus, passed away on June 30, 2012. A globally acclaimed linguist, who was renowned for her theory on Dictogloss, was one of the founding professors of the Anaheim University online MA in TESOL degree program. In addition to being a teacher trainer and linguistics expert, Dr. Wajrnyb was known as the "Words Woman" in her weekly column in the Sydney Morning Herald.
