Nordeng later moved with his family to New Zealand to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer of BioGro New Zealand Ltd. and Deputy Chair of the Organic Exporters Association of New Zealand. He is now recognized as an expert authority in helping companies refine and grow their business organically.
